Over the past 2 decades as a consultant, Ron has a demonstrated ability to create, build and lead procurement teams through business transformation. Extensive Supply Chain operational and consulting experience with deep knowledge of sourcing leadership, process improvement, inventory reduction, and a proven track record of creating innovative solutions that realize savings.
During his career Ron has had the opportunity to work with many of the top global procurement consulting in project, program and practice lead capacities. He has the ability to run a multi-year, global procurement transformation or to right size the project to fit your needs and timeframe.
Ron is a native of Columbus, Ohio, but moved to North Carolina in June 2006, with his wife Marisa. They live in the Lake Norman area, north of Charlotte, where both of their children Aiden and Elise attended Hough High School.
